4'' Flanges (Inner Taper & Non-Tapered):                                                                                                                                        A pair of heavy-duty flanges perfect for mounting to opposite sides of a 4" port or joining two 4" hoses. Available in standard configurations or with recessed captive nut pockets.

• Outer Diameter (OD): 4"

• Inner Diameter (ID): 3.5"

• Length: 1.5"

• Mounting Base: 0.5" wide collar featuring six .165" diameter mounting holes.

• Airflow Optimization: The tapered version features a 0.18125" top wall that tapers smoothly to the ID to drastically minimize static pressure loss.

2.5'' Flanges:                                                                                                                                                                                                  A scaled-down version of the 4" flanges—excellent for smaller benchtop tools and and standard shop vac lines. Available with or without captive nut inserts.

• Inner Diameter (ID): 2.125"

• Resolution: 0.15-0.2mm 

• Infill: 50-100%   

• Supports: No 

• Material Suggestion: PETG or ABS/ASA is highly recommended for the high-vibration environment of a dust collection system, though PLA works fine calm areas and if your shop doesn't get excessively hot.
