Description
This jig helps you drill evenly spaced and inline holes for 1/4 shelf support angle brackets. Simple measure the height of your center support holes for your shelf. Then press the pilot jig agains the edge using the guide lip with the hole centered at the height you just measured and drill. Then swap it out with the full jig with the alignment peg in the pilot hole you just drilled.
The jig positions holes 2 inches from an outer edge and 1 3/4 inches from an inner edge. Holes are spaced vertically 1 inch apart.
There are 2 pilot jigs one for inner edges and one for outer edges. The same is true for the full jig.
The pilot jigs and outer corner jig print flat. I found it best to print the inner corner jig with the lip guid on the bed and with the text facing up. That will reduce the amount of support matterial needed.
