Description
This model is a compact bayonet lock storage box designed for safe and organized storage of small parts. The bayonet mechanism allows quick opening and closing with a short twist, while the TPU sealing ring improves protection against dust and light moisture.
The box consists of two rigid parts (lid and body) and an optional flexible TPU seal. The sealing groove is integrated into the geometry, allowing reliable compression of the TPU ring when the lid is locked.
Print the lid and container body in a rigid material such as PLA, PETG, or ABS.
Print the sealing ring in TPU.
Insert or glue the TPU seal into the groove on the lid.
Align the bayonet lugs, press the lid down, and rotate until locked.
