CZ 457 Bolt Knob – Smooth & Criss-Cross, Two Sizes (M6)

Tired of the tiny factory bolt knob? This set of replacements gives your CZ 457 a more comfortable, confident grip — whether you're at the range or out in the field.

Six variants are included to cover different preferences and grip styles, all sharing the same M6 thread:

Large — 20 mm diameter, 35 mm tall:

• Smooth – clean, minimalist profile. Pairs perfectly with Fuzzy Skin in your slicer for a subtle texture and premium matte finish.

• Criss-Cross – engraved diamond pattern over the grip rings for extra purchase, especially handy with gloves or in wet conditions.

Small — 16 mm diameter, 30 mm tall:

• Smooth – bullet-shaped knob with evenly spaced grip rings.

• Smooth Compact – same profile, but with the grip rings packed tighter together for a shorter, more defined grip zone.

• Criss-Cross – diamond pattern combined with evenly spaced grip rings.

• Criss-Cross Compact – diamond pattern on the tighter ring layout, for maximum grip in a compact package.

Print settings:

• Material: PETG-CF recommended — stiff, light, and unbothered by weather or UV. Standard PETG or ASA work fine too.

• Infill: 40–60 %

• Perimeters/walls: 4+

• Supports: not needed

• Layer height: 0.2 mm

• Smooth variants: enable Fuzzy Skin (Outer contour, thickness ~0.15 mm, point distance ~0.4 mm)

• PETG-CF note: hardened steel nozzle required

Assembly: Thread directly onto the M6 bolt handle stem — no inserts, no glue, no fuss.
