Losi NASCAR RC Car Alignment Jig

I designed this simple model for a friend to align his Losi RC car's adjustable suspension. These jigs replace the wheels and allow for adjustments to the suspension while measuring for toe with a ruler and camber with an angle gauge.

The later pictures show the dimensions so you can tell if these will work for you non Losi chassis.

Printing:

I used PLA with standard settings. 10% or 15% infill is perfectly fine, and .2mm layer height.

Assembly:

Assembly requires two M3x8 screws per plate and I've included an option that use an M3x4x5 heat set insert and one that uses M3x8 screws straight into plastic. There are also wheel versions for no bearings, and for different size bearings from AliExpress, or your toolbox if you have RC parts lying around.
