Description
Mijing T23 PCB vise and its various variants is very nice for SMD boards but it has not enough vertical clearing for THT components. Here are some simple spacers which rises board additional 15mm over the original clearing.
For each clamp you need a spacer and two M2.5x20 screws.
I used standard Philips screws but I filed down their head diameter so they fit inside original holes. I put each screw into a rotary tool chuck, run it with the lowest speed and moved it against a file a few times and it did a trick.
If you want to have an additional clearance you can use M2.5x25 or M2.5x30 screws and scale spacers only in Z axis. Spacers are 15mm height for the 20mm screw, so for the 25mm screw you need to scale it by 20/15=133% and for the 30mm screw you need to scale it by 25/15=167%.
