Hi,
every now and then I quickly need a power source to light up or play a small gimmick. But I’m often too lazy to set up the larger power supply, and desk space is always an issue anyway. I’ve seen several versions of these mobile battery-powered PSUs, so I designed my own for my Makita 18V batteries using the parts I already had lying around.
The print doesn’t take very long, and for anyone who needs a PSU and can recognize the hot end of a soldering iron, assembly shouldn’t be a problem. Depending on your printer tolerances, the ventilation grilles can either be clipped in or glued. For the grilles I reccommend enabling ironing. On the back there is a cutout and panel plate in case one need room for a switch or other connectors.
