Modular Rack System – Flush Corner Rack Connector

This is a corner attachment for the Modular Warehouse Racking System designed to create clean 90-degree rack corners while keeping the entire system flush against a wall.

This design offsets the perpendicular upright so the backs of both rack sections remain aligned. This allows corner setups without wasting wall space or creating awkward gaps.

The result is a clean layout that works especially well for workshop walls and room corners.

Design Notes

The goal was to make corner layouts feel intentional instead of improvised.

By shifting the perpendicular upright inward, both rack sections can remain tight to the wall while still maintaining proper rack spacing and structure.

This creates a much cleaner layout for:

• Desk-side rack setups

• Continuous wall-mounted rack systems

Printing Notes

• PLA works well

• PETG recommended for higher load setups

• No supports required

• 0.4mm nozzle recommended

• Larger shelves may benefit from extra perimeters for rigidity
