Description
A standing kangaroo with an open belly pouch — drop your house keys,
AirPods, loose change, rings, or any small desk clutter into the pouch
and let the kangaroo carry it for you.
52 × 85 × 120 mm (W × D × H)
- Tripod stance: two hind feet + tail, very stable
- Pouch cavity sculpted into the body — no separate parts
- Single-piece, prints flat on the base, no supports needed
Looks like a sculpture when empty, works like a catch-all when full.
Sits well on a desk, nightstand, entryway shelf, or by the front door.
Sculpt was generated via DALL-E reference → Meshy image-to-3D →
cleaned in Blender. The OpenSCAD source just imports the cleaned STL
so you can rescale it parametrically if you want a bigger or smaller
variant.
Print notes:
0.2 mm layer is plenty
- 10–15 % infill is enough — the body is thick everywhere
- Cream / tan / gold PLA reads cleanly as a kangaroo; silk works great
- No supports needed; tail + hind feet form a self-stable tripod
Pictured printed in gold PLA. The second photo shows the pouch holding
a small decorative gem to give a sense of pouch volume.
