Pretensioned clip / Klammer mit Vorspannung

I needed a clamp that exerts force even when there's little material between the jaws, or that has more force than other clamps. So I designed a clamp with separate jaws that gains preload through the thick jaws. Additionally, it looks quite nice when you use different colors.
For outdoor use, PETG or even better ASA should be used. The print should be done entirely with perimeters or at least with 100% infill. The clearance of the dovetail joints is 0.15 mm. Depending on the filament used or printer, this may be too tight or too loose. If necessary, the size of the jaws can be adjusted in the slicer or adhesive can be used.
