Charlie Chaplin Bust | PrusaSlicer ColorMix

This project is a stylized bust of Charlie Chaplin prepared for multicolor printing using the new ColorMix workflow available in PrusaSlicer.

The original geometry was generated with AI tools and later optimized for 3D printing. The final appearance was achieved by manually painting the model with the ColorMix painting tools inside PrusaSlicer to create smooth color transitions and a more artistic finish.

The model was printed as a decorative display piece focused on experimenting with multicolor surface shading rather than using traditional filament swaps.

Printing notes

• Recommended nozzle: 0.4 mm

• Layer height: 0.15–0.20 mm

• Supports: Model has painted support, organic prefered

• Best results with well-calibrated multicolor setup

• Use only PLA colors Black and White, grey tones were possible using ColorMix

• Scale up to any size you like :)
