2U (3U) Raspberry Pi mount for 19" rack

A rack mount for up to 12 Raspberry Pis. 
2U if the Raspberry Pis are powered via the GPIO pins.
3U if powered via USB (Due to the cables sticking out).

Heavily inspired from this design, but completely remodeled. In my design, you can pull out a Raspberry Pi without having to unplug the power cord.

The PoE HAT should fit like in the original, but since I don't own one, I can't verify that.

The honeycomb pattern requires a very clean print bed!

Needed Hardware:

• 3 M6 threaded rods. Cut to at least 452mm length (Should fit exactly through all frames, the ears and two nuts. Depending on the available space, the threaded rods can also be slightly longer.)
• 10 M6 nuts (6 for the threaded rods, 4 to mount the ears to the rack)
• 4 M6x20 screws (to mount the ears to the rack)
• 48 M2.5x16 screws (4 per Pi)
• 48 M2.5 nuts (4 per Pi)
