Description

This is a 10-inch rack power supply holder designed to be used with the Modular 10" Server Rack — Mod10 made by MandicReally.

It mounts to the bottom of the rack using M6 cage nuts and is made to help securely hold a power supply in your 10-inch rack setup.

It may also work with other 10-inch racks, as long as there is a suitable mounting location and enough clearance for your power supply. Please check your rack’s mounting points, spacing, and fitment before printing.

Print Information

The included .3MF file comes pre-supported.

For best strength, this part should be printed in:

PETG
ABS
ASA

These materials are recommended because this part is designed to support the weight of a power supply.

PLA is not recommended for long-term strength, but if PLA is your only option, use PLA+ and print with heavy-duty settings:

10 walls
80% infill

Two-Part Print Notes

If you print the holder in two parts, the halves will need to be glued together.

Make sure to use the included guide pins to help align the two halves before gluing. This will help keep the parts straight and properly lined up.

Optional TPU Feet

Optional TPU feet can be printed and added to help prevent the rack from sliding.

Up to 3 TPU feet can be installed.

Emblem / Logo Area

The emblem area comes blank, so you can add your own logo or design.

The emblem area is approximately:

117mm around and 3mm deep

A custom emblem can be added in most slicers by importing your logo or design and placing it into the blank area.

Important Notes

Please check the model in your slicer before printing. Settings may need to be adjusted depending on your printer, filament, and setup.

Make sure your printer is properly calibrated, your bed adhesion is good, and you use strong materials/settings since this part is intended to hold weight.
