Printing Recommendations
Print structural parts with at least 30% cubic infill.
Use PC, ABS, or ASA for better durability and heat resistance.
Install all heat-set inserts carefully to ensure proper alignment.
Check bearing and pulley fitment before final assembly.
Verify belt tension after installation for optimal print quality.
Assembly Notes
Install all M3 heat-set inserts before assembly.
Press-fit the pins into their designated locations.
Mount the F623ZZ bearings and GT2 pulleys.
Assemble the gantry and carriage components.
Route and tension the GT2 belt.
Verify smooth movement across the entire travel range before powering the printer.
