Recommended 3D Printing Parameters

To ensure the jig easily withstands clamp pressure and router stress, the following configuration is highly recommended:

Ideal Filament: PETG Compared to PLA, PETG offers superior impact resistance and the mechanical toughness required for functional workshop tools.

• Layer Height: 0.20 mm or 0.28 mm (ideal for cutting down print times on larger parts like the base and organizer).

• Wall Loops: At least 3 - 4 perimeters to reinforce the guide tracks and clamping slots.

• Infill: 20% - 25% with structural patterns (such as Gyroid or Grid).

• Supports: Not required; the parts are optimized to print directly on the build plate.
