Miniature Water Fountain

A 3D printable water fountain. The fountain consists of three parts, the fountain basin, the generic lid and finally the pump housing. Combining these together along with a small water pump makes this the ideal desktop water fountain.

In order to have your own custom sculptures, the Fountain Lid STL file should be imported into mesh mixer along with the statue, and a tube should be added to the new mesh allowing water to flow from the lid through the sculpture. Once this is done, it is advised that rubber tubing is acquired to attach the pump to the lid.

  • One Water Pump (Linked below)

  • 2 X M4x12mm Bolt

Notes:

When printing the basin, it is advised to go as slow as possible with a lot of support; due to its shape, it's quite challenging to print.

After printing, it is recommended to cover everything in paint to create a better seal with the water feature. This stops any water from going through the cracks in the layers.

Technical Drawing

In the above drawing the original 50mm Pump was used, this should not affect the fountain as the 30mm pump fits in just the same.
