Smart Watch Garmin Venu 2/3S | Charging Pad for Qi Power-Bank VRURC T1156 10000mAh

This modification allows you to charge your Garmin Venu 2 or Venu 3S smartwatch using a modified wireless charger power bank.

• The project involves modifying the foldable Apple Watch wireless charger base, of a VRURC T1156 Qi power bank (10,000 mAh).

• The idea is that, since I don’t need the Apple Watch wireless charger port, I’ll convert it for use with the Garmin Venu 2 or Venu 3S.

• The magnetic Apple Watch charging pad is replaced by an adapter for the Garmin Venu 2 and 3S smartwatches.

• This USB-C charging adapter for the Garmin Fenix 7X/6/6S/6X, Venu 2/3S, and other models is available at a very affordable price.

I’ve also found the power bank under other product names, such as VEGER VP1156 or VEGER W1156. You can search for the product description “VRURC 3-in-1 Magnetic Wireless Portable Charger.”

Important:

• The wireless charger power bank product category is subject to frequent changes and thus short product lifecycles.

• The wireless charger model used was certified in March 2023 and subsequently launched in the US and Europe.

• By 2026, it is already barely available, mostly only as clearance stock on eBay and similar sites.

• Therefore, please view this project primarily as a source of inspiration for modifying currently available products that feature a similar Apple Wireless Charger port.

Technical Specifications:

The Apple Watch wireless charger port we intend to replace is magnetic and has a maximum charging power of 2.5 W. Charging a Garmin Venu 2 and Venu 3S must therefore also be limited to a maximum of 2.5 W!

Compatibility

The small USB Type-C adapter itself claims to be compatible with the following smartwatches. However, Garmin watches vary in diameter depending on the series and model.

Der Umbau ermöglicht es, deine Smart Watch vom Typ Garmin Venu 2 oder Venu 3S, auf einer umgebauten Wireless Charger Power-Bank zu laden.

• Es handelt sich bei dem Projekt um eine Modifikation einer ausklappbaren Apple Watch Wireless Charger Basis, einer VRURC T1156 Qi Powerbank (10000 mAh).

• Die Idee ist nun, da ich den Apple Watch Wireless Charger Port nicht benötige, diesen für die Garmin Venu 2 oder Venu 3S umzubauen.

• Das magnetische Apple Watch-Ladepad wird durch einen Adapter, für die Smartwatches Garmin Venu 2 und 3S, ersetzt.

• Dieser USB-Typ-C-Ladeadapter für Garmin Fenix 7X/6/6S/6X, Venu 2/3S und andere Modelle ist sehr preiswert zu bekommen.

Die Power-bank habe ich auch unter anderem Produktnamen gefunden, als VEGER VP1156 oder VEGER W1156. Suchen kann man nach der Produktbeschreibung "VRURC 3 in 1 Magnetic Wireless Portable Charger".

Wichtig:

• Die Produktgruppe der Wireless Charger Power-Banks unterliegt viel Veränderung und damit kurzen Produktlebenzyklen.

• Das verwendete Wireless Charger Modell wurde im März 2023 zertifiziert, darauffolgend in den USA und Europa auf den Mark gebracht.

• Bereits 2026 ist es kaum noch erhältlich, meist nur noch Restposten über eBay und Co..

Technische Angaben:

Der Apple Watch Wireless Charger Port, den wir ersetzen wollen, ist magnetisch und ist mit einer maximaler Ladeleistung von 2,5 W angegeben. Der Ladevorgang einer Garmin Venu 2 und Venu 3S muss somit auch auf maximal 2,5 W beschränkt sein!
