Drone racing MultiGP gate PVC pipe connectors

These connector pieces can be used to build MultiGP gates for drone racing. I've tried to upload every conceivable combination for all gates you might want to create. If you are missing a connection option just let me know and I can create it.

If you find a weak spot in the design please post some photos and I'll see if the area can be reinforced somehow.

Print these with a lot of walls and a lot of infill. Something like 6+ walls and 25-30% gyroid infill should be OK. For cost purposes PLA should be fine, but use a light color so they don't get soft in the sun too fast.
If you have issues with adhesion I recommend enabling a outer brim only, and set seam position to random. When printing many perimeter walls the seam adds up to a bump that can cause the part to be knocked loose.

The connectors come in two sizes for PVC pipes of 32mm and 40mm outer diameter. These PVC pipes can easily be gotten from any DIY store. I recommend getting the ones with the thickest walls you can find so they'll last longer. At my RC club we're switching to 40mm at the moment because the 32mm does break every now and then.

The holes are suitable for M5 machine screws. They can be used to lock the pipes into place and lock the hinge into place as well.

The hinge can also be locked into place by threading a tie wrap through the eye(s) and locking it that way.

Make a test print before printing a whole plate! If the fit from your particular printer isn't good, just change the size of the pieces by 1-3% in your slicer software.
