Replacement Corner for IT Luggage Brand Suitcase

A corner got knocked off my IT Luggage Brand of suitcase in transit and got lost.  So I made a pair of replacements.  

I printed them in PEFG with 4 perimeters.  I used 0.15mm layer height with the structural setting on my Prusa Core One+.

To fit them, you will find that the lining of the case opens with a zip.  Find the screws and remove them plus the remains of the old corner.  I would suggest cutting a thread in the new corners first with the screws before fitting them and screwing up tight.

I'm not going away for a while so I can't guarantee how long they will last for!  However, I did make the pillars less likely to break by using the chamfer.
