Feinwerkbau Air Pistol C20, C25, C55, P30, P55, and 102 Grip

These are grip files based on the later style contoured grip that came on the Feinwerkbau C55P. This is designed for the C20 Pistol, but should also work on the Feinwerkbau (FWB) C25, C55, P30, P55 and 102. The grips are designed to reuse the metal plates and hardware from the C20 original grip. The design was based off of a size large FWB grip.  

What is needed:

• Material: I printed in PETG CF filament. But really any material should work.

• 4mm threaded heat inserts.  The insert outer diameter is a bit over 5mm

• The metal plates from the C20 grip. These are used for the adjustable base plate. Although you could probably get away with 4mm x 20mm Allen head bolts, washers and nuts.  

Print settings:

• .15mm Layer Height

• 30% Infill

• 6 Perimeters (You can do less, but the more you have the more shaping you can do later if you choose)

• Support Everywhere & Style Organic

Files:

• I have included 2 different size grips. Large and Medium. The part you hold is the same on both grips It's just the amount of adjustment that changes. I'm on the smaller size of the large, and didn't like the 12mm of grip sticking out past the adjustable base plate. So the medium is just 10mm shorter. 

• Pick the size you want and print file 1 and 2 in that size, parts 3 and 4 work with either size.
