Weldinger TB-2500 inserts

Set of "zero clearance"  inserts for drill press Weldinger TB-2500. You may have to readjust your machine so drill sits in the center of the drill press base.
Installation: just place the base in center hole and put plate on top.

Print instructions

• print in PETg or similar material

• have calibrated shrink rate of your material or print one plate. measure radius and xy scale plates in slicer accordingly. The base part can be a bit smaller, so it is easier to remove.

• perhaps scale "base" height to your needs, so inserts are flat with the surface. base height should be depth of the center hole minus 4mm
