Gap cover for the gap between the kitchen unit and bed - Grand California 600

Dieses 3D-Druckmodell ist speziell für den Grand California 600 erstellt worden, um das hineinfallen in die kleine Lücke zwischen Küchenzeile und Bett zu verhindern. Da das Bettgestell aus Holz gefertigt ist und anscheinend die Bohrungen bei der Herstellung etwas abweichen können, habe ich ein Langloch für die untere Schraube verwendet. 

Es können die bereits ab Werk verbauten Schrauben wiederverwendet werden. 

Materialempfehlung

Da es im Camper unteranderem doch sehr warm werden kann, wenn dieser längere Zeit in der freien Sonne steht, habe ich mich dazu entschieden, das komplette Teil aus ASA von Polymaker zu drucken.
Alternativ: PETG kann auch funktionieren, zumal es keinen UV-Eintrag geben sollte, der das Material spröde machen kann.

This 3D-printed model was designed specifically for the Grand California 600 to prevent items from falling into the small gap between the kitchenette and the bed. Since the bed frame is made of wood—and manufacturing tolerances for the mounting holes can vary—I incorporated an elongated slot for the lower screw.

You can reuse the screws originally installed at the factory.

Material Recommendation

Since temperatures inside the camper can get very high when parked in direct sunlight for extended periods, I chose to print the entire part using ASA from Polymaker.

Alternatively, PETG should also work, especially since there shouldn't be any UV exposure to make the material brittle.
