I designed this over my frustration with the commercial product I own. This brand's parts are glued together and tended to break apart if dropped.
Designed to avoid support material.
Parts list
4 - M6 x 18 socket head bolts, lock and flat washers.
4 - M6 threaded inserts for plastic
2 - M3 x 12 thumb knobs
2 - M3 threaded inserts for plastic
I found I needed longer thumb screws (2) for the telrad bracket attached to the OTA (not shown),
