KTM 390 Adventure R Headlight Protector Spacer

This it the model for a replacement part for the KTM 390 Adventure R headlight protection bolt/spacer.

I, like may others, accidentally snapped the head of the spacer bolt, so I made this to replace it.

Sizing is almost the same as the original, but slightly shorter, to allow the gaurd the sit against the headlight, preventing the vibration/rattle that the originak causes by being slightly lifted off the headlight.

The part has a hole through the centre for an M5 bolt to pass through.

I used a titanium M5 x 60mm bolt with a washer on the top to fix the whole unit back on.

I prefer the look in black as it blends in to the headlight more, the shorter size makes it sit tighter against the light and the titanium bolt passing all the way through makes the unit sit better, closer, tighter and more securely.
