Description
The Magnet Dispenser V2 introduces several improvements over the original design, focusing on smoother operation, better handling, and an enhanced user experience.
Designed for 6x2 mm neodymium magnets, the dispenser can store up to 28 magnets while keeping them organized and ready for use. The compact form factor makes it ideal for workshops, makerspaces, hobby desks, and everyday project work.
A new rotating lid design improves accessibility and usability. The opening area now features a chamfered edge that helps guide magnets more smoothly through the dispensing slot, reducing friction and making magnet retrieval more consistent.
The slider has also been redesigned with improved grip, making operation easier and more comfortable during repeated use. A hidden magnet remains integrated within the slider, requiring no glue while maintaining a clean appearance and reliable functionality.
To further improve usability, an additional magnet has been integrated into the base of the dispenser. This retention magnet keeps the slider securely in its retracted position when closed, preventing accidental movement and providing a more refined feel during operation.
The dispenser remains easy to assemble and offers a practical storage solution for makers, hobbyists, engineers, electronics enthusiasts, and anyone regularly working with small neodymium magnets.

Assembly Notes:
Insert the hidden magnet into the slider.
Install the retention magnet into the base of the dispenser.
Insert the slider into the housing.
Assemble the rotating lid.
No glue is required for the slider magnet.
