Printable MCTS1 Protein Modell

This model represents the protein MCTS1 in two different visualization styles: a cartoon representation highlighting its secondary structure and a more detailed molecular surface model. MCTS1 is a conserved protein involved in the regulation of translation and other important cellular processes. These models provide different perspectives on the protein's architecture, making them useful for education and visualization. The geometry has been optimized for 3D printing while preserving key structural features.

• Layer height: min. 0.2 mm (structural) recommended for nice quality

• Print scale: mind. 250 % recommended 

• Print time for 300% scale: 5,5 hours - 12+ hours depending on layer height

• Filament type: PLA

• Infill percentage: 10%

• USE organic supports !!! --> won't work otherwise

Place least important surface on the build plate and surfaces you want to see oriented upwards for a nice look.
