This was one my first times ever posing a rig, so it is most likely not extremely accurate, but it seems pretty close.

When you import the model into your printing software, it will most likely says it is too small, so make sure to scale in millimeters for it to be the right size. Height of the figure is ~129mm or ~5.08in, I personally scaled up to 130% for ~167.88mm or ~6.6in. The stand is ~76.2mm or ~3in long. 

To put together the stand with the rest of him, I just put the pieces into place and glued it on.

In the images the hat is clipping into the head, so I moved up the hat a little in the model. There are also some supports that don't show in the images.
