Cosplay Caine the Ring Master from The Amazing Digital Circus (TADC)

Printed in white PETG, with 2 walls, 2% lightning infill (basically hollow) to make it was light as possible.

These files are for printing the teeth/jaws.

They're split into 3 segments for each jaw; front, left, and right. And should fit on an Ender 3, or any 220 printbed or larger.

The segments dovetail together, but I still recommend glue or plastic welding for the strongest attachment possible.

It is designed to clip onto the brim of a baseball cap, and the aliceband isn't meant to sit it normally would on your head, but add better stability to the brim, because the center of gravity is farther forward than you would expect. I ultimately glued some nickels to the back to bring the center of gravity farther back for balance.

However, if I were to do it again, I would add strategic infill to the farthest back section (in the slicer) for counterweight and to reinforce the clip connector holes, which I broke.

I also recommend adding springs to the back of the jaws to space them apart, and keep them from hitting each other.

I played around with various 3D printed springs, which I included. However, I ultimately broke the connectors while switching them, and just 3D printed a straight, flat rectangle piece that I plastic welded to them. Really, anything will work, as long as you attach something to them to keep them apart.

I also recommend connecting the front of the jaws using fishing line.

I included some small holes where fishing line may be attached, however they came out too small in my print, perhaps do to my printer settings in the slicer.

I ultimately tied the fishing line around the seems where the segments meet, where it would be completely hidden.

I would also recommend using a touch of hot glue on the knots, to absolutely make sure they stay.

And of course you can adjust the length to choose how open the mouth hangs open, just make sure both lines are the same length.

I choose to space them so that the bottom jaw doesn't rest on my shoulders, so it all turns with my head, but it also closes if I shrug my shoulders.

For my cosplay, I used contact cement to glue a large stripe of red craft foam around the "gums" for texture and to hide the seams, and then I sealed it with Mod Podge for toughness and luster.

A hair dryer can also be used to help shrink wrap the foam to the print, but be careful not to let the plastic get too hot or it could warp.

I just painted the inside gums red, since they're less visible, and I was very concerned about weight since I was going to be wear it for long hours.

Absolutely NO A.I. was used to make these models nor the images.
