Description

Along with the original model magnet to hold the bottle caps, this remix has an additional 8x3mm hole on the side for a magnet so it can be stuck to a fridge or other metal surfaces. The magnet on the underside will hold the bottle cap and prevent it from falling, making it easier to pop into the recycling bin.

(There is another version of this out there but I found placement of the side magnet left the model rotating when left go on the metal surface)

This model does not require a coin.

I printed it in PCTG (for giggles) but after some adventure, it's EXTREMELY strong. I would recommend at least PETG. Some people have used PLA but I'm not a betting man :) I went all in and used 100% infill. This will never break. I would suggest adding perimeters. 4-6 depending on your nozzle, layer height and printer. I would add a modifier to the cap pulling edge and add in 100% infill just to be safe.

Magnets: You need 2x 8x3mm magnets, use a dot of glue to keep them secure in place.

Cheers!
