Decathlon Tribord (non) Automatic Inflatable Life Jacket UML hack

This is a cover cap, placeholder for automatic triggering system of the Decathlon (not anymore) Automatic Inflatable Life Jacket.

Just unscrew from the bottom of UML unit the trigger system and place this cap to prevent unintended deployment.

This hack basically disables the automatic triggering. Only manual triggering will be available.

This hack makes the life west less safe! Use it on your own risk!

The automatic triggering inflates the life jacket when this gets wet.

This is an issue for my use case. I use this life jacked for last resort safety by paddling, but I don't want it triggering when it gets wet. Removing the automatic trigger and placing the cap juts prevents unintended triggering.

Although the inside part of the cap has no threads it is slightly chamfered, put in on and once is snug, with a couple of twists it can be properly secured in place.

Use any materials. No supports required.
