Strong C-Clamp - 2 sizes

The Mini C-Clamp is a compact, 3D-printable clamping solution built for light workshop, hobby, and bench tasks.

This design comes in two sizes to cover a range of applications:

• 43 mm opening

• 63 mm opening

 Design & Components

 Each clamp is made up of three individual parts:

• Clamp Body – the rigid C-shaped frame

• Clamp Screw – allows for adjustable clamping pressure

• Pressure Tip – spreads force evenly across the workpiece surface

The pressure tip keeps surfaces protected and gives you smooth, controlled clamping every time.

 Printing Settings

• Layer height: 0.2 mm

• Infill: 30% Gyroid

• Walls: 3

• No support

• For best results, use a strong filament material

• PLA is suitable for light-duty tasks

Assembly

• Insert the screw through the clamp body

• Thread the pressure tip onto the screw end
