IKEA Bror Horizontal LED Mount

Allows mounting LED strips/bars horizontally under the IKEA BROR metal shelves. Can use a common gridfinity 6x2mm magnets for mounting or double side tape.
Different models with hole, without hole and without magnets.

Dimensions:

• height 40mm

• width 30mm

• width of the area for the led strip ~25mm

• 45 degrees so the led will flood the shelf efficiently

• holes for 6x2mm magnets

• screw hole in the middle 2mm

Print:

• provided gcode is just for time and material estimates

• print with the triangle upwards, no brim, no supports needed.

• 0.2mm layer 0.4 nozzle, 2 perimeters should be enough.

• PETG recommended

• you probably want 2 instances per LED bar

Assembly:

• optionally drill a hole

• optionally mount 6x2mm magnets

• optionally install double sided tape where magnets would be.. or whatever

• if needed mount LED bar brackets with a screw
