Garden Steel Rod/Stakes Safety Cap

A simple remix of existing printables designs, creating a simple and attractive cover for steel rods in the garden.

I use steel rods to support all sorts of vegetables, such as tomatoes and cucumbers. Steel tends to be quite sharp at the top edge, so I was looking for a cover to protect the top edge to prevent anyone from getting hurt.

Sized for 10mm, 12mm and 14mm rods.

Print settings

Material: PETG recommended (UV and moisture resistance)
Layer height: 0.20 mm
Infill: 10–15%
No supports needed

All other settings can remain at their defaults.
