Description
The V1 Mini Blower was my first attempt at creating a fully 3D printed centrifugal blower using low-cost components and basic CAD design techniques.
This design focuses on simplicity, easy printing, and beginner-friendly assembly while still producing useful airflow for small projects.
Features:
• Fully 3D printable housing and impeller
• Designed for common brushed DC motors
• Compact and lightweight
• Great for learning blower design principles
• Useful for small electronics cooling and workbench cleanup
This version serves as the foundation for later blower designs that improve airflow, pressure, and efficiency.
Recommended Uses:
• Electronics cooling
• Small ventilation projects
• Dust removal
• STEM education
• DIY experiments
Print Settings:
• Nozzle: 0.4mm
• Layer Height: 0.2mm
• Supports: Minimal
• Material: PLA or PETG
If you build one, I'd love to see your results and modifications.
