Description
IoT-Mug Turbo Dazzler 850nm Case (Resized Edition)
⚠ IMPORTANT: This is the updated Resized Edition custom enclosure!
If you own the new version of the IoT-Mug Turbo Dazzler 850nm board, you probably noticed that the older, legacy cases available online no longer fit due to recent changes in the PCB dimensions. This 3-part case has been completely redesigned from scratch to accommodate the new hardware perfectly—ensuring zero wobble, precise port alignment, and exact tolerances.
This sleek, functional, and protective enclosure keeps your device safe while maintaining full usability, easy access, and a clean engineering aesthetic.

Case Anatomy & Features
The design is split into three separate parts for effortless printing, quick assembly, and maximum protection:
1. Front Panel: Precision-engineered to fit the front profile of the updated IoT-Mug. It shields the mainboard while keeping all necessary components, IR, and displays perfectly exposed and readable.
2. Battery Compartment Back Cover: Provides a secure, snug housing for the battery. It keeps it locked in place during transport, yet remains easily accessible for a quick swap.
3. GPIO Protective Cover: A dedicated guard that slides over the sensitive GPIO pins, shielding them from dust, debris, and accidental short-circuits when not in use.

🛠 Open-Source & Fully Parametric (Fusion 360 Files Included)
3D printers vary, and dimensions can sometimes slightly drift due to machine calibration, extrusion multiplier, or filament shrinkage.
To give the community complete freedom, I have included the original Fusion 360 .f3d source files! If the fit isn't 100% perfect for your specific printer setup, or if you want to remix and add your own custom features, you can easily open the CAD file and tweak the parameters to your liking.

Layer Height: 0.12mm or 0.20mm (0.12mm is highly recommended for the front panel text/details).
Infill: 15% - 20% (Gyroid or Grid for clean top layers).
Walls/Perimeters: 3 (for structural strength around the clip-ons).
Supports: "Supports needed only for the back cover clips"
🔧Assembly Note
