Printing notes:

Set the entire model infill to 100%. Then add a modifier as shown in the image and set that modifier infill to 40%. This creates a heavier base while keeping the upper part lighter for proper upright balance underwater.

The design has been tested in PETG and PLA. Other materials may also work, but results can vary depending on filament density and print settings.
