Bed Support Feet - Height adjustable 160-220mm

I could not find long enough support for my bed, so I designed one. It has holes for 4mm screws. It was designed to be about 200mm but it can be adjusted from ~155mm up to ~230mm (not much thread left there so be careful).
I originally printed it with 4 walls and 5% triangle infill, but it needs something more like 6 perimeters (about 2,5mm), upper and bottom layers about 1mm (5-6 layers), and about 20% cubic infill to bound everything correctly for side force.
