Battle Top with Gear Box Spinning Mechanism

This is a battle spinning top with interchangeable blades. It features a dedicated launch mechanism with a built-in gearbox. Thanks to its 1:2 gear ratio, the smaller wheel speed is doubled.

The entire design is easy to 3D print, and all parts can be printed in PLA. The spinning top itself should preferably be printed with 100% infill (to maximize its mass). The gearbox gears are best printed in PETG for improved durability and wear resistance.

The model comes with a set of simple blades, including versions with built-in moving parts. Even the blades with movable components can be printed in a single piece. Thanks to the clever design, the moving elements are printed in place and function immediately after printing, with no assembly required.
