Voron Trident 350 - Panda Breath Mount

This mod was specifically designed for the Voron Trident (tested on the 350mm spec) to cleanly and securely mount the "Panda Breath" module inside the chamber.

Bill of Materials (BOM)

• 2x M5x12 SHCS (Socket Head Cap Screw)

• 2x M5 T-Nut (for the aluminum extrusions)

• 1x M3 Heat Set Insert (Standard Voron size: M3x5x4)

• 1x M3x4 Screw

• Some strong, heat-resistant double-sided tape (e.g., 3M VHB)

Assembly Instructions

1. Preparation: Press the M3 heat set insert into the designated hole on the right printed mount using a soldering iron.

2. Applying Tape: First, apply double-sided tape to the inside contact surfaces of both brackets where they will meet the module.

3. Mounting the Brackets: Now attach both printed brackets (left and right) to the bottom aluminum extrusion. Use one M5x12 screw and one M5 T-nut for each side.

4. Final Assembly: Place the Panda Breath module into the brackets, press it firmly against the prepared tape, and secure it to the heat set insert using the short M3x4 screw.

Print Settings (Recommended) Since this part is located inside an enclosed and heated chamber, it is mandatory to print it in heat-resistant materials.

• Infill: 40% (Grid, Gyroid, or Honeycomb)
