Expanding Bar-End Plug for hard use like wheels stopper

I modified this model, which was originally designed as a handlebar end stop for bicycles, to use it as a wheel stop on a garden hose cart.

I made the central part more solid so it could be printed in TPU and expand under pressure. Then I also made the two end pieces a bit more solid, and made one of them wider so they can stop the wheel.
