Inspired by https://boilingsteam.com/upgrading-fans-with-a-custom-shroud-on-a-rtx3090-goodbye-fan-noise/
Replaces stock fan by two noctua ones for silent operation.
I used PETG and with already two months of usage with room temperature up to 28°, at the moment, I haven’t noticed any problems. My assumption is that even if the chip can go up to ~90°, with this mod + repaste it never happen and even if it happen it is chip temperature not cooler temperature.
I think it’s also compatible with the Zotac Trinity RTX 3070 and 3080 graphics cards, but I haven’t tested it.

4x (or 8x) M4x30 screws
4x (or 8x) M4 washer (1mm height, 8mm outer diameter)
4x (or 8x) M4 square nuts DIN562
Custom cable to wire noctua fans on the card Fan slot. If I remember correctly, the ones on the graphic card are 4 pins JST-PH connectors https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JST_connector. If you want, it is possible to wire both fans on only one connector so you only need one custom adapter cable and a Noctua splitter

Put 4x M4 square nut (DIN562) on the side close to the PCI-e port (not the other side if you only have 4 of them). They will be sandwich between the radiator and the 3d print. You can glue them for easier installation
Screw 3d printed parts on the radiator with original 6x Zotac screws
Place Noctua fans
Screw Noctua fans with either:
8x M4x30mm screws with 1mm height M4 washer
4x M4x30mm with 1mm height M4 washer on PCI-e side and 4x Noctua screws (you can see then one I used circled on one of the picture) on the other side
