Gardena-Compatible Hose Quick Connect Fitting — O-Ring Seal, Remixable | STEP File Included

A printable quick connect hose fitting modeled after the Gardena standard connector system. Geometry is slightly modified from the original to improve printability while maintaining full compatibility. Tested with garden hose pressures on a 19mm hose.

Designed as a remix base — the STEP file is included so you can design your own nozzles and accessories that snap directly onto any Gardena-compatible connector.

Hardware Required:

• 1x O-ring, 2.5x10mm — required for a proper water seal

Compatibility:
Tested with Gardena quick connect system. Other manufacturers using the standard should be compatible but tolerances may vary — leave a comment if you need adjustments for a specific brand.

Critical print note:
Print models exactly as oriented in the render. The locking ring height is tolerance sensitive — too high and it won't lock, too low and it won't fully open auto-stop connectors. Do not rescale this model.

Print Settings:

• Material: ABS recommended for outdoor/UV exposure. PLA works for occasional use

• Walls: 3 minimum

• Infill: Cubic

• Supports: No

• Layer height: 0.2mm

For use with garden hose pressure only. Not suitable for compressed air or high pressure systems.
