RYOBI Part TTI #19183012007 (TTI19183012007) Adapter Accessory for Model PCL704 Style Hand Vacuums

This dumb insert is required to use the PCL704 / PCL704B and all aftermarket adapters attach to it, and it is not replaceable since it has been out of stock for over 6 months and no aftermarket sellers have it in stock either.  Mine broke almost immediately and without them the hand vacuums are completely worthless.  RYOBI has not really responded to my customer service requests with anything valuable.  

For whatever hairbrained reason, RYOBI designed this vacuum around an oval shaped, angled suction orifice, then required you to insert a black form molded plastic part to generate enough suction for the vacuum to be useful at all.  Dumb.

You will only need to print this if you own a RYOBI PCL704B which sells in Home Depot.

You can experiment with materials.  I'm printing 100% infill PETG.  I'm not sure what the tiny lip is about in the pictured actual replacement part.  I based mine on hand-measured specs and it is designed to friction-fit and the taper nozzle should also friction fit. 

It does not adapt to anything, it just lets you use your vacuum if you broke/lost the thing.  More options and adapters may be added at a later date.  Stay tuned.
