Air / Vacuum Hose Holder

This is a more robust remix of slipangle28 mountabled U-shaped hose holder designed to keep your workspace organized. I made the walls thicker to manage heavier air lines and vacuum hoses for workshop power tools. Also made one with the sides flared out and added a fillet to the inner edges to keep the hose from dragging on it or it cutting into the line.

Available Versions

• 90-Degree Variant: Features vertical parallel walls for a compact, square profile.

• 120-Degree Variant: Features flared walls angled at 120° to make dropping in and pulling out bulkier or stiff hoses much easier.

Dimensions

• Inner Width: 3.5 inches

• Total Outer Width: 4.0 inches

• Wall Height: 3.5 inches

• Wall Thickness: 0.25 inches

• Width: 90 Degree = 3.5” / 12 Degree = 5.75”

• Mounting: Built-in countersunk holes on both vertical faces for flexible mounting options.

Print Settings

For maximum structural integrity (especially if holding heavy rubber hoses or extension cords), use the following recommended settings:

• Orientation: Print with the flat profile side flat on the print bed (no supports needed).

• Material: PETG or ABS/ASA (Highly recommended for workshop durability and impact resistance. PLA can work but may creep or warp under constant tension or high workshop temperatures).

• Layer Height: 0.12mm to 0.20mm

• Infill: 20% or higher (Gyroid or Grid pattern recommended for strength).

• Wall Loops / Perimeters: 4 or more walls (This is a functional part; extra perimeters add far more strength than high infill percentages alone).
