SFF-8654 Slim Right Angle PCB Mount CAD File

This is a useful re-usable CAD asset used for testing fitment in an upcoming project. The original STEP file from TE Components was broken and I had to jump through some hoops to fix it, and seems to be redistributed elsewhere by others also broken.

This is a proper solid STEP file, and would benefit from a bit more cleanup to improve simplicity and reduce the file size, but it is now usable.

Under the terms of the vague license from TE Components that seems to allow me to use it for whatever I want, it remains their property.
