Description
The design is optimized for easy printing; support material is only needed in the mounting holes in the main body, the TPU part do not require support.
The fans are mounted using standard mounting screws, such as those included with most fans.
The air guide is secured to the fins of the SolarFlow2400 heatsink using a clamping mechanism.
This requires four M3x16 screws.
I printed everything using a 0.4mm nozzle and a layer height of 0.2mm, the TPU Part is printed with 3 perimeters this results in a 100% infill in the clamping area.
I used PETG for the air guide and TPU 95A for the clamps.
