2026-07-15 added UNO No Mercy (168 cards, 56 x 88 mm), thanks to @Neizo_195722
With this card box you cannot only carry your cards wherever you want - with this box you also can play wherever you want! Just open the box and use the lid as a tray!

Under Files, pick the size that fits your decks of cards. Alternatively, copy the onshape model and change the parameters for your own custom card box:

Print with 0.15 layer height with the open hex grid at the bottom.
Use honeycomb with 15% infill.
PLA or PETG are fine.
Tip: Mix and match by using two colors!
Assemble by first inserting the hinge at the side without the gap, then push the other side into the hinge.
I often play UNO with my kids on the bed, couch or just ground. Especially new cards tend to slip and slide off the discard pile. So I wanted to design a card box which
can double as a playing tray
is easy to print and assemble
has low filament consumption
is parametric/has a customizable size
and is pleasant to look at
