Dual-Hose Adapter for Portable Air Conditioners

A robust dual-hose adapter to attach two standard 150mm (15cm) AC hoses to a wall or to a wooden board mounted at your window. Unlike a single-hose setup, this version routes warm exhaust and cool intake air completely separately — each drawn in and expelled from a different direction. Ideal for a clean, fixed, and more efficient installation of your portable / mobile air conditioner instead of just hanging the hose out of an open window.

Print Settings

  • Supports: REQUIRED

  • Material: PETG-CF or ASA/ABS (mandatory for heat resistance near the warm exhaust air)

  • Infill: 30–40% for good strength

  • Walls/Perimeters: 3–4 for extra durability

  • Layer height: 0.2mm

Notes

PLA is not recommended, since the exhaust air gets warm and may deform low-temperature materials over time. PETG-CF, ASA or ABS handle the heat much better and give a long-lasting, stable mount. For ASA/ABS, a printer enclosure is recommended to avoid warping. Mount it to a wall or a wooden board at the window, connect both 150mm hoses, and enjoy a tidy, efficient dual-hose air conditioner setup.
