Adapter to mount 20 mm shaft in the banjo of a MidiPro lathe

A sleeve adapter for the banjo of the MidiPro woodturning lathe. It lets you firmly mount a 20 mm diameter shaft in the 25.4 mm bore of the banjo.  
It is intended for simple accessories like a sanding table, drill guide, or at max a small toolrest for detail work.  

It is specific for the banjo of the MidiPro because of the size of the 'hook' and the position of the screw.
