Reducer Bushing to fit AP Bobinquick Junior and Kaiser Film Loader for Kodak 35mm film U-Core (2inch/52mm) and the 400ft to 100ft Respooler

This is to fit the:

Kodak 35 mm U-Core 2 inch / 52mm film core/spool

and

400ft to 100ft Bulk Film Respooler by @MaslovyRohlik

This is a handy device to reducing a 200ft or 400ft roll of 35mm film down to 100ft but the spool it uses will not fit most film loaders. 

I have the AP Bobinquick Junior which is apparently the same product as the Kaiser Film Loader.

I created a reducer bushing to make the spool that comes with the respooler fit the AP Bobinquick

Details

• Fits snug enough inside the original spool that its not loose.

• Protrudes slightly on both sides so there is not much play between the spool and the bulk loader.

• Loose enough that it spins freely and holds the spool away from the sides of the bulk loader.

The settings I used on the Prusa Core One +

• Prusament PLA

• Printed using the attached step file

• 0.15 Structural Preset

• 0.6mm Nozzle

• Cubic 30% infill

• Variable layer height (most layers will be 0.3mm)

• 25 min print time
